Who are we and what is FireBot?
We are FireBot. We manufacture automatic stovetop fire suppression devices for homes and multifamily units. Our unit mounts above the range, watches the cooktop, and if a cooking fire gets out of control, it suppresses the fire on its own, no person and no reaction time required. Cooking is the number one cause of home fires in this country, and FireBot is built to stop those fires before they spread.
How the fundraiser works.
FireBot retails at $500. Through your station’s program, anyone in your fire district can buy one at $395, a price they can’t get anywhere else. Over $100 from every unit comes back to your department. They enter your station’s promo code at checkout, we ship direct, and you never touch inventory. It costs your department nothing.
A better way to fundraise.
Departments across the country raise money selling cookie dough, teddy bears, t-shirts, and coffee. This is different. You’re putting real fire protection into the homes in your district and funding your station at the same time. Every code that gets used protects a family and supports your crew.
What if we can’t recommend a brand? Recommend the category.
We understand many departments can’t officially endorse one product. You don’t have to. You already promote fire extinguishers and smoke detectors as categories, not brands. Stovetop fire suppression is its own category. Talk about the category. Mention our competition right alongside us. We just want more people protected, same as you.

An Additional Way to Fundraise. Installation.
Some people would rather have their FireBot installed for them instead of doing it themselves. That’s another opportunity for your department. When someone in your district wants their unit installed, your team could opt to handle it and earn an additional $40 to $60 per install. FireBot takes five minute assemble and two minutes install. That’s more money for your station, and it puts your firefighters right in the homes of the people you serve.
Plenty of departments already run programs where they go into homes to install smoke detectors. This works the same way and it’s completely optional. If this is something your station wants to participate in let, us know. As always check with your local chief or fire marshal first. If not, the resident can always have a local contractor install their FireBot for them.

FAQs
What is this program?
Residents in your community buy a FireBot Stovetop Fire Suppression System with a promo code provided to your department by us. For every unit sold, FireBot Inc. contributes $100 to your department or its benevolent/auxiliary fund. That is the whole mechanism.
What does my department actually have to do?
Once fully enrolled, just share the fundraiser link and promo code. That is it. Many departments announce their fundraisers on their social media pages, mention them at a station open house, at live events, or in their community newsletters.
How much does the department make?
$100 per unit sold. There is no cap and no minimum. Payments are issued monthly with a report showing unit count.
Do we have to sell anything, take payments, or store inventory?
No. All orders, payments, shipping, returns, and support run through FireBot Inc. Nothing ships to the station. No one on your roster ever touches money or product.
Can you use my fire department’s name?
Only with a signed agreement. The agreement authorizes the use of your name, states plainly that you are not endorsing the product, sets the donation amount and payment schedule, and includes indemnification running from FireBot Inc. to your department.
Are we endorsing this product?
No, and the program is built so that you are not endorsing anything. Every checkout page, product insert, and flyer states in writing that the department does not sell, endorse, warrant, inspect, or guarantee the product, and that the department is not responsible for its performance. We will not use the words “recommends”, “approves”, or “requires” anywhere in the marketing and sales funnel.
Can FireBot use my fire department’s logo, patch, badge, or photos of our firefighters?
Not unless your agreement specifically permits it. Many jurisdictions restrict use of department insignia, uniforms, or personnel in commercial advertising, so this often requires separate approval. It is not required and this program works without any of it.
What if a resident calls the station about the product?
Refer them to our website FireBotSuppression.com or have them call our hotline 888 271-3473. All product support contact information is on the checkout page, in the order confirmation, and on the printed insert inside the box. You are not a service channel and the materials say so.
What is our liability if a unit fails in someone’s home?
The purchaser agreement releases the department, the municipality, and your officers, firefighters, employees, and volunteers from claims arising out of the purchase, installation, use, malfunction, non activation, or failure of the product. Purchasers accept those terms with a timestamped checkbox before they can complete an order, and the same language is printed on an insert packed on top of every unit and in the purchase confirmation email they receive. Have your counsel review it.
Is it tested?
Yes. UL 300A tested by Met Labs. That is the standard written for stovetop fire suppression.
What is FireBot?
An automatic stovetop fire suppression unit that mounts above the range. When it detects a cooktop fire it discharges roughly one litre of non toxic, biodegradable liquid suppressant directly onto the burner area. One unit covers all four burners plus the surrounding counter.
How is FireBot installed and maintained?
Three to five minutes. No wiring, no permits, no contractor. Mounting options are peel and stick, bracket, or screw mount. Ten year self contained battery, daily self checks, app alerts. No annual service.
What does it cost the resident?
$395 per unit.
Is the purchase tax deductible for the resident?
No. It is a purchase of goods, not a charitable contribution. That is stated at checkout and on the printed insert.
How long does the program run and can we stop it?
It runs until either side ends it. You can withdraw at any time with written notice. No hassle and No hard feelings.
What reporting do I get?
We provide a payment summary each month.
